A rooted space for womb care, birth, and the sacred journey of family life.

Here, I tend to the thresholds of birth and postpartum with presence, nourishment, and remembrance. My work is guided by ancestral knowing, movement, and spirit — offering families a place to rest, heal, and reclaim these passages as rites of power and love.

    Nourishment, tending, and presence as you step into new rhythms. Support for healing, rest, and integration of your evolving roles in the sacred postpartum season.

  • Overnight Care

    Gentle, specialized in-home support through the night — from the first days after birth up to 6 months postpartum — so families can rest deeply and wake restored.

    Herbal offerings, movement practices, and educational resources to deepen your healing and remembrance.

Jasmine Akarolo | Full Spectrum Birthworker

Welcome to my nest in this tree of the world. Amongst many things, birthwork is a calling that i received early in life that challenged me to walk down a road of carefully cultivated experience. I would not touch client care until I reckoned with the importance of me and my age mates (b. 2000) showing up for this work at this direct point in our lives. A knowing that we will be carriers of information and bear stories that are changing our lenses in real time. My approach is nestled in autonomous anatomical education with emphasis on familial dynamic transitions.
Before having both feet rooted into this work, formally, I received my Bachelors (c. 2022) in Liberal Studies with a Health Sciences Concentration and Woman’s Studies Minor. I, then, became a special education teacher where I learned the importance of subtle communication and how it can shape a space. I have been in official birthwork practice since 2022.
My principle of care: always trust your wisdom before navigating mine. Listening to your heart's and body's will be a cornerstone for our time spent together, and trusting in individual authority will be the very basis of our work. Operating with nature's law in mind, this work we do together is an ode to the people that have come before you, me, and to those coming after. As we go deeper into our personal journeys, may our meeting be marked as a gateway.
